I have actually been working on that centre panel today, sitting quietly in the conservatory, with my husband, listening to an audio book, stitching away.<br />I would encourage anyone wanting to try applique (it was my first experience of applique), to chose this quilt. Erin shows numerous tutorials, which are really helpful and that's how I learned. I started with the 4 corners, the baskets, thinking they would be the hardest, then if I still liked it, I'd make the rest.
