The Loss of My Son ~ Trever Len Brummett

This will be kept short and sweet because it is so difficult.  Many of you already know if you follow me on Instagram and Facebook.  We lost my youngest son on October 2, 2022 in an accident while doing what the love most, helping someone and working in his shop.

  6. I lost my youngest son five years ago so I have some idea of the depth of your loss. I am so sorry for what you are going through. This year on my Robert's death anniversary, I refused to cry. I have cried so many buckets of tears that I just didn't want to lose anymore. I truly believe that Robert is in a better place and that he is happy there. I have a strong belief that I will see him again when my time comes to cross over that great divide we call death. For you, I pray for peace and calm to be with you each day. May Trever's good life comfort you daily, knowing that he lived what he was taught. His example lives on.

  10. I look forward to your blog. I am so sorry to read about the loss of your beautiful son. Thank you for bravely sharing today. I know that there is no grief like the loss of a child, my 42 yr old daughter died of breast cancer 3 years ago. My thoughts are with you and your family today and always.

  11. I am so sorry for the loss of your precious son, I can't imagine the pain :-( He sounds like a wonderful young man who is dearly missed. We lost my brother unexpectedly in mid November - while it's not nearly the same as losing a child, it is still very difficult. Grief is a tough process to go through - sending cyber {{hugs}} and prayers for you and your family to find comfort and peace.
